Independent, Professional LPA Certification
We provide independent Certificate Provider services for solicitors who are:

Agreeing to act as a Professional LPA Attorney, or

Supporting clients with their LPA applications and require a professional Capacity screening to confirm understanding.
Assessments are completed by an experienced Registered Nurse, ensuring the donor meets the requirements set out by the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG).
Appointments are flexible, with in‑person and online options available for standard LPA certification.
Optional Capacity Screening (In‑Person Only)
Where there are concerns about a client’s ability to understand or sign an LPA, we offer an optional capacity screening to assess whether the donor has the required level of understanding.

If the donor is found not to have capacity, you can upgrade to a full COP3 Mental Capacity Assessment to support a Court of Protection Deputyship application.
