Are You Paying for Care?

You may be eligible for free funding through the NHS

This is called Continuing Healthcare (CHC)

What is NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC)

NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) is the name given when the NHS fully funds a care package for individuals with significant and complex health needs

The NHS covers all costs associated with an individual's care, including medical treatment, personal care, care home fees, equipment, support with daily activities, and any necessary nursing or therapy services

This funding is not means-tested, so the individual does not have to pay for their care.

To get this funding, a person must have an assessment to check if they qualify - For most, the 'checklist' is just the start of the process.

Involved in an accident?

Need help to write your Personal Impact Statement?

Recovering from an accident can be a deeply challenging experience, and articulating the true impact of such an event for insurance claims is often no easier.

I offer a dedicated service that blends mental health expertise with personalised statement creation—a combination that is truly rare.

As a registered mental health nurse, I bring a unique ability to capture not only the physical consequences of an accident but also the emotional and psychological toll it takes. This personalised approach ensures that your Personal Impact Statement reflects your journey with authenticity and depth, strengthening your insurance claim and increasing the likelihood of fair compensation.

While solicitors and legal advisors may assist clients with written statements as part of their broader services, my focus is entirely on providing this specialised support. By combining professional insights, empathy, and attention to detail, I create statements that truly represent the challenges you’ve faced in a way that legal professionals may not.

Let me help you make an impact where it matters most.
